Tom Gallick joined Gongwer in 2018 after working five years for This Week Community News, where he covered local government and other key issues in Delaware County. He also gained experience working as a copy editor at Gannett and spent three years as a staff writer at The Record-Courier in Portage County. While at the paper, he earned several awards covering social policy issues and K-12 education. He earned his degree from Purdue University.
