Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, Master of Arts in Public Administration and Urban Studies from the University of Akron, Master of Law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy from CICA International University and Seminary. In progress: Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Northcentral University.

Community Activities: Member of the Jo Ann Davidson Ohio Leadership Institute, Columbus Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated, the Ohio Chapter of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice, and Columbus Chapter of the NAACP. She serves as Board Chair on the Madison Township Board of Trustees, and a Trustee for Canal Winchester Human Services. She also serves as a member of the steering committee for the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio-African American Community Fund (AACF.) Michele Reynolds is the wife of Pastor Uhleric (Rick) Reynolds, a mother, and the First Lady and Executive Pastor of Common Ground Destiny Center Church.
