In progress: Doctorate degree in Business Administration from Northcentral University.

She serves as Board Chair on the Madison Township Board of Trustees, and a Trustee for Canal Winchester Human Services. She also serves as a member of the steering committee for the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio-African American Community Fund (AACF.) Michele Reynolds is the wife of Pastor Uhleric (Rick) Reynolds, a mother, and the First Lady and Executive Pastor of Common Ground Destiny Center Church.
